Account ManagerLocation: Oldham Salary: Up to £37,500 Working Pattern: Monday Friday Flexible start and finish times 1 day WFH after successful 6-month probationPermanent Full-timeAbout the RoleOn behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join a successful and well-established business.This is a varied, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys building strong relationships, managing multiple projects and working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive an excellent service from initial enquiry through to completion.You ll act as a key point of contact for clients, taking ownership of accounts and coordinating projects while identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow existing relationships.Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of client accounts, developing strong and long-term relationships.Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate projects from initial enquiry and brief through to completion.Liaise with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to customer expectations.Maintain accurate account and project information through the CRM system.Manage enquiries, proposals, orders and delivery updates.Coordinate with external teams and attend client/site meetings when required.Monitor customer expectations and proactively resolve issues.Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.Provide regular updates and ensure ..... full job details .....
