You will play a key part in delivering excellent service while ensuring customers receive the right solutions at the right time.This is an office-based role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office hours to be arranged.What you will be doingEvery day will be varied, but your key responsibilities will include:Turning incoming enquiries into sales opportunitiesBuilding relationships with new and existing customersProactively contacting customers to grow sales and identify opportunitiesPreparing accurate and timely quotationsManaging and developing a portfolio of customer accountsIncreasing customer spend, frequency and loyaltyKeeping CRM ..... full job details .....
