As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in bringing in new clients and building strong, long-lasting relationships with agents. You ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to understand their legal needs around property transactions and offer tailored solutions to match. Excellent telephone skills are essential, as you ll need to confidently contact prospects, have meaningful conversations, and clearly explain our legal services. You ll handle the full process of engaging with clients over the phone, providing detailed information, answering questions, and building trust to generate interest. Your sales experience will be vital when presenting our services, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role will involve regular face-to-face meetings and travel across London and the South East You ll be working to meet sales targets and KPIs, so strong people skills, a strategic approach, and a proven track record in sales are all vital to your success.
