You will manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized restaurant partners, acting as a trusted advisor and helping them maximise the value of the platform.If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy solving complex challenges, and have a passion for relationship management, we''d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant partners.Manage a portfolio of accounts, using performance data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.Provide consultative support and recommendations to improve partner performance.Resolve partner issues quickly and effectively while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Influence adoption of new products, features, and marketing solutions.Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions.Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Product.Maintain accurate records and account activity within Salesforce and other CRM systems.Analyse account data and provide ..... full job details .....
