Account Manager

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Account Manager to manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main point of contact for account-related matters. This varied role combines account management, invoice processing, payment administration, and sales support within a fast-paced environment. Act as the lead contact for all account-related queries. Support new client onboarding and account setup. Process invoices, credit notes, payments, and account statements. Assist with overdue account management and payment reminders. Monitor account activity, identify risks, and maintain accurate records. Review client documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures. Support credit limit administration and reporting requirements. Work closely with the Sales team to identify and refer business opportunities. Provide administrative support to the wider Operations team.
