Account Management Executive Location: Lewes Salary: £30K - £45K DOE Shift: 40hrs per week Monday Friday, starting between (Apply online only) and finishing between (Apply online only) Benefits 25 days holiday, rising to 30 with length of service, plus bank holidays Private medical insurance 6% employer pension contribution Discretionary performance bonus Enhanced family leave Employee Assistance Programme Long service recognition Company events We re looking for a customer-focused Account Management Executive to join a growing team and play a key role in building long-term customer partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in account management, customer success, sales or customer support who wants to develop commercially and take ownership of a portfolio of B2B accounts. The role You ll be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of customers, making sure they receive an excellent level of service while proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow each relationship. You ll: Own and develop a portfolio of customer accounts. Build strong, long-term relationships with key contacts. Manage customer queries and coordinate internal teams to resolve issues. Run regular account reviews and customer check-ins. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify at-risk accounts early.
