The Role As Account Handler/Team Leader, you will: -Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Handlers, creating clear expectations and supporting individual progression. -Set high standards for client service, ensuring proactive and consistent delivery. -Work closely with Account Executives, brokers and insurers to support renewal and placement strategies. -Develop strong client relationships and contribute insight-led risk advice. -Support the wider Bristol leadership agenda, including growth, retention and recruitment. -Promote best practice, strong governance and continuous improvement across the team. -Create a positive and inclusive environment where colleagues can perform at their best.
