Account Handler

Handle a varied portfolio of commercial insurance clients, with exposure to Motor Fleet, Motor Trade and wider business insurance risks. This Account Handler opportunity in Bromsgrove offers a salary of £30,000-£35,000, flexible hybrid working and the chance to develop your technical broking knowledge within an established commercial insurance business. You''ll be supporting clients with their renewals, policy adjustments and day-to-day insurance requirements, working across accounts of different sizes and complexities. The business has particular strengths in motor-related risks but also handles a broad range of general commercial insurance. The opportunity This is a hands-on commercial insurance broking role, where you''ll work closely with clients, insurers and colleagues to deliver a reliable, knowledgeable service. Commercial account handling: Support a portfolio of business clients, managing renewals, policy adjustments and ongoing insurance requirements. Varied client exposure: Work with accounts involving premiums of up to approximately £150,000, providing opportunities to develop your experience with larger risks. Motor specialisms: Handle Motor Fleet and Motor Trade business alongside wider commercial insurance products. Insurer negotiations: Obtain quotations, negotiate renewal terms and work with insurers to arrange suitable coverage.
