Job Title: Account HandlerSalary: Up to £35,000 per annumLocation: ChesterWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, Office BasedMy client is looking to recruit an experienced Account Handler to support the management of a diverse commercial insurance portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional with strong client servicing skills who enjoys building relationships, handling a varied workload and delivering outstanding customer service.Key DutiesProvide day-to-day support to an Account Executive in the management of commercial insurance clients.Handle new business quotations, policy sales, renewals and mid-term adjustments.Act as the main point of contact for clients, insurers and other stakeholders.Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent levels of service.Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and insurance providers.Review insurer documentation and resolve any discrepancies before issuing to clients.Maintain accurate client records and update systems in line with company procedures.Deliver a professional telephone service and effectively manage incoming queries.Support retention, cross-selling and referral objectives across the portfolio.RequirementsPrevious experience using Acturis and E-Trade platforms is essential.Strong commercial insurance background, including products such as Commercial Combined, Contractors Combined, Property Owners, Fleet, Offices and Surgeries.Experience with Professional ..... full job details .....
