Key responsibilities

Support Account Executives to manage and grow client accounts

Handle renewals, mid-term changes and documentation

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Assist with claims management and provide regular updates to clients

Stay up to date with market developments and compliance standards

What we are looking for

Minimum of 2 years’ insurance industry experience

Willingness to work towards Cert CII qualification

Strong communication skills with a professional client-facing approach

Ambitious and proactive team player
