Commercial Insurance Account Handler, New Business Support administrator, Coventry West Midlands - 27k- 32k Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler who enjoys working with clients, liaising with insurers and helping to get new business over the line? Perhaps you enjoy the commercial side of insurance and would welcome the opportunity to become more involved in new business, without moving into a purely sales-focused role. We are working with an established commercial insurance brokerage in the West Midlands that is looking for a proactive and organised Account Handler to join its New Business team. This is a varied opportunity that combines handling your own incoming enquiries with supporting experienced New Business Executives, offering plenty of client interaction, insurer engagement and the opportunity to develop your career. The Role Working as part of the New Business team, you will take ownership of a proportion of the incoming enquiries generated through the company''s website and telephone channels, while also providing valuable support to the wider team. You will manage your own enquiries from initial fact-finding through to quotation and completion, typically dealing with smaller commercial insurance premiums below 1,500, although larger opportunities may arise.
