Account Executive – Sports and Entertainment Join a market-leading insurance broker in a specialist Sports and Entertainment team.

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage a portfolio of high-profile clients, including national governing bodies and major sports organisations such as rugby clubs, British Cycling, England Netball, Swimming, and Judo.

This is a renewal-led role with some new business exposure, ideal for someone with strong client management skills and a passion for sport.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end client servicing, including renewals, MTAs, and occasional new business Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal teams Ensure timely, accurate documentation and regulatory compliance Travel to meet clients and support relationship development Mentor junior team members as needed What We’re Looking For Experience in commercial broking or client-facing insurance role Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills Proactive and confident, with the ability to work independently Interest in or knowledge of the sports and entertainment sector Full UK driving licence (client travel is essential) Progress towards ACII preferred This is a great opportunity for someone from a commercial insurance background looking to specialise in a dynamic, high-profile sector.
