This is a true Account Management / Customer Services position, you will be working for a small and successful IT Support company ensuring their clients needs are always met and that they always receive proactive and thoughtful customer service. You will assist with new requirements from existing customers, offering guidance on solutions to suit their needs, and assisting them in the best way possible. From there you will prepare quotes and project manage their new piece of work through to completion and beyond. The requirements from your customers could be anything regarding their IT infrastructure, from preparing for a new user, changing operating systems, purchasing of new hardware / software.
