Account Executive

Niche Recruitment is proud to be partnering with Watson Fuels to recruit Account Executives to join its depot-based regional teams in Wisbech. This is a busy, telephone-based position where exceptional customer service sits at the heart of everything you do, alongside the opportunity to develop your own portfolio of commercial customers. You''ll manage a high volume of inbound calls from domestic and commercial customers, helping with orders, deliveries, pricing and general enquiries. You''ll need to listen carefully, understand what each customer needs and take ownership of the conversation through to resolution. Alongside this, you''ll build relationships with commercial customers, retain and grow existing accounts, identify opportunities and convert enquiries into sales. You don''t need fuel or energy experience. Watson Fuels is looking for people with the right customer approach, communication skills and commercial mindset. This role is a hybrid position, working 3 days in office. It offers a competitive salary, plus generous monthly commission.
