NJR Recruitment is working with a leading global risk advisory business that is looking to appoint a Account Executive Leader to its Bristol office. This is a senior opportunity for someone who enjoys combining people leadership, strategic client management and commercial growth, while remaining closely involved with some of the South West''s largest and most complex organisations. The Role You will predominantly focus on leading and developing a high-performing team, while maintaining strategic involvement with key corporate clients. Your responsibilities will include: -Lead, coach and inspire a team of Account Executives, establishing clear standards and a high-performance culture. -Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of large, complex and often multinational corporate clients. -Act as an executive sponsor for key client relationships, ensuring high-quality and proactive service delivery. -Lead insurance programme design and renewal strategy, including budgets and proposals. -Shape placement strategies and negotiate fees and engagement terms. -Build and maintain senior relationships with clients and insurers. -Lead client meetings and presentations, including engagement with Boards and Risk Committees where required. ..... full job details .....
