Account Executive

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for an Account Executive on behalf of our fantastic client based in Mansfield. Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders through the company''s management information systems. Coordinate digital print, fulfilment and distribution projects from initial brief through to completion. Liaise with internal departments including production, warehousing, logistics and account management to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor project progress and proactively manage deadlines to ensure customer requirements are met. Prepare and maintain accurate job records, schedules and documentation. Track stock levels and assist with inventory management where required. Arrange and coordinate deliveries, dispatches and distribution activities. Communicate regularly with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding project status, schedules and requirements. Identify and resolve operational issues quickly, escalating concerns where appropriate. Ensure all work is processed in accordance with company procedures, quality standards and customer specifications. Produce reports and update management information systems with accurate and timely information. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
