The role comes with a £300k-£400k book of business, giving you a strong platform from day one. The focus is on looking after the existing clients, building relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the book organically. There is a new business target of around £24k, but this isn''t a role built around aggressive new business targets. The expectation is that the income can be grown through good client management, understanding the existing book and making the most of the opportunities already there. The role will suit someone who is confident managing a substantial commercial insurance book and enjoys developing existing relationships as well as identifying new opportunities.
