You’ll have the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis from our Colchester office.What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in the Protection sectorDevelop new business – mainly through business referrals and enquiriesIdentify and act on business development opportunities to attract new clientsCross-sell and up-sell relevant products and services to existing and prospective clientsPresent tailored insurance and risk management solutions to secure new businessUnderstand clients’ operations, risks, and insurance needsMeet clients in person or via Teams to build strong, lasting relationshipsEnsure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards, including Consumer DutyWhat We’re Looking For

You’re a confident communicator and natural relationship builder with a background in Employee Benefits. You’re motivated by success and committed to delivering outstanding service.You’ll ideally have:

Proven experience in Protection insurance sales and client managementExcellent communication and networking skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectivelyCert CII qualification (or working towards it) – desirable.Experience with Acturis – desirable.What We Offer
