Role Overview:-
My client are-seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join their growing team!-This is a dynamic role combining sales, client relationship management, and administrative support.-
Responsibilities:-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Support the hospital team with administrative tasks
- Stay up to date with industry trends and company offerings
- Proactively drive sales through outbound calls, cold outreach, networking, and lead generation
- Clearly communicate the-value proposition to prospective clients to support business growth
- Conduct client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities
- Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and renewals
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client-facing engagements
Person Specification:-
- Demonstrated success in generating and converting sales leads
- Proven experience in a sales team or customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Capable of managing multiple client relationships and prioritising workload effectively
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
- Willingness to travel to meet clients as needed
-Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
- Experience in healthcare industry through qualification or work
