This role is responsible for handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and website channels, supporting customers throughout their journey, and helping convert enquiries into sales opportunities. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, maintain accurate CRM records, process orders efficiently, and provide outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a professional and timely manner. Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system. Conduct follow-up activities to support customer engagement and maximise sales opportunities. Support outbound campaigns and business development initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Assist with sales administration, invoicing, and customer communications.
