In this role you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through to negotiation and close. This is a highly outbound-focused role, requiring consistent cold calling, targeted prospecting, and self-generated pipeline creation, alongside leads generated through marketing, events, partnerships, and inbound channels.Success in this role will come from a relentless approach to new business development, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers across the hospitality sector.Outbound prospecting and cold callingGenerate the majority of your own pipeline through high-volume outbound: daily cold calling, targeted email and LinkedIn outreach.Maintain consistent daily cold-call activity against agreed standards; build and work target account lists with personalised, well-researched outreach that earns the meeting rather than relying on volume alone. Sales executionRun demos Produce proposals, pricing and ROI breakdowns tied to revenue and adoption outcomes; run negotiation and close.Hit monthly MRR quota with well-attributed pipeline.Handover, market and cross-functionalRun a clean handover to onboarding so new customers activate quickly; stay close through early life ..... full job details .....
