We are actively seeking an Account Executive in Norwich, this role is full time on a temporary basis until end of May 2026 - offering an immediate startKey Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the project teamCoordinate scheduling to ensure drivers, vans, venues, and suppliers are in the right place at the right timeResearch and secure suitable venuesManage logistics across multiple UK locations, including Norwich, Cornwall, Scotland, and surrounding regionsCommunicate with drivers, graphic suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project deliveryMonitor supplier locations and confirm they are operating at agreed sites; proactively relocate resources if required to ensure all vans are wrappedTrack changes, resolve conflicts, and juggle multiple moving parts in a high-volume operational environmentExperience required:Strong administrative and organisational skillsHigh level of computer literacy, with confidence using scheduling tools and collaboration platformsExperience in logistics, operations, or project coordination preferredPlease note this role doesn''t offer remote or hybrid working.
