Account Director - Soft Services

We are currently supporting one of our Facilities Management clients in their search for an Account Director in Preston. This role will be covering 45/50 sites based out of Preston. The role will provide leadership on a large soft services Healthcare contract (Cleaning & Catering).

For the role, you must have Soft Service experience. Healthcare experience desirable.

As Account Director you will take full responsibility for the Site Activities which will include:

• Lead and direct contract team
• Management of service delivery
• Build relationships with key stakeholders
• Support Operations Director
• Build team morale

This role will have 4 direct reports.

Although based out of Preston, visits to other sites in Lancashire will be required.
