The Role This is an opportunity to become the most senior member of a three-person Client Services team, taking ownership of key client relationships while helping drive agency growth. You''ll lead branding and packaging projects from brief through to delivery and play a key role in developing existing accounts and supporting new business activity. Key Responsibilities Own and develop client relationships. Act as the key interface between clients and the agency. Lead branding and packaging projects from brief to delivery. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief and to a high standard. Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships. Contribute to new business initiatives and pitch activity.
