We’re on the hunt for a football-obsessed, highly-driven and passionate Account Director to join our branded content team, overseeing one of our most exciting partnerships yet.This is a unique opportunity to lead social-first, fast moving client campaigns by providing an exceptional level of service that results in industry-leading creative work.You’ll be working at the heart of our Client Projects team, plugging into multiple LAD departments while skillfully owning senior clients relationships day to day to make campaigns fly.What you’ll be doing

Lead one of our biggest brand partnerships day to day, delivering fast-paced campaign work on a weekly basisOversee a continual production and delivery schedule, working closely with our production team to skillfully execute on time and on budgetBuild strong client relationships through consistent communication, managing client expectations and feedback with a positive, solutions-focused attitudeChair briefing meetings to inform delivery strategy with consideration of client, company and project needsAccurately manage project finances, budgets, contracts and creating SOWsDrive accurate and informative reporting on campaign effectiveness, illustrating our ability to hit client KPI’sPartner closely with wider LAD teams in order to optimise day to day campaign process and workflowLead on reporting on a weekly basis alongside quarter business review for a major client within the businessSkills and experience we’d like you to have

Strong background in delivering complex and challenging projects, specifically across social video and static contentA good knowledge and passion for sport, and specifically the world of footballA thorough understanding of core account/project management skills including the ability to brief teams, understand and create timelines, development of clear and concise presentations, and management of costs.A natural leader with the ability to steer and nurture members of the teamComfortable in building strong and constructive relationships with clients based on honesty and trustComfortable in fast-paced, creative environments with the ability to bring teams together to deliver the right solutionStrong written and verbal skills, confident at presenting clear and informative narratives both internally and externallyHave a solutions focused mindsetAt LADbible Group we\''ve rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 3 days per week.LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer.
