We’re recruiting for an Account Director to lead the delivery of Hard Services and projects across a prestigious, high-end commercial estate in Central London. This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for an £8m contract, combining operational leadership with full financial and commercial control. The Role   As the Account Director, you will: Lead Hard FM and project delivery across a complex commercial estate. Take ownership of an £8m contract, including financial and commercial performance. Lead and develop a 24/7 engineering operation of approximately 15–20 engineers. Drive contract performance, service standards and continuous improvement.
