Account Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organised Candidate Consultant (Account Coordinator) to join our team on a temporary basis, supporting a number of key client accounts across the Scunthorpe area. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You''ll play a vital part in the candidate journey, from sourcing and onboarding workers through to supporting their assignments and ensuring our clients receive an outstanding service.The RoleAs a Candidate Consultant, you will work closely with our recruitment and account management teams to support the delivery of temporary workforce solutions. You will be responsible for coordinating worker onboarding, conducting inductions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring workers are fully supported throughout their employment. This role is primarily office-based but will involve travel to client sites across the Scunthorpe area to support onboarding and workforce activities. The standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, however flexibility is essential as some client requirements may require early starts. You will also participate in an out-of-hours and weekend on-call rota to support our clients and workforce when needed.
