About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focused Account Executive to join a busy Internal Sales team based on Deeside Industrial Estate.This is a varied role where you''ll be responsible for managing customer requirements from order processing through to delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service while supporting the company''s operational and commercial objectives.You''ll work closely with customers, production, purchasing and accounts, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Job Title: Account ExecutiveHours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pmPay: 25,000- 30,000 DOEKey ResponsibilitiesCreate specifications on the ERP system (Dynamics 365)Verify artwork availability for customer ordersManage Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and customer forecastsGenerate sales and production ordersApply customer pricing and obtain spot pricing where requiredAttend production meetings for new jobsCoordinate deliveries and optimise transport requirementsCalculate requirements and raise purchase requisitionsMonitor aged stock and finished goodsMaintain accurate specification and control documentationProduce customer reports, including stock reportsAttend customer meetings both on and off siteResolve customer queries quickly and professionallySupport colleagues during holidays and absencesLiaise with European suppliers and internal teams regarding outsourced workAssist the ..... full job details .....
