      <description>Location: West Midlands (County) | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Location:  Coventry (On site)   Contract:  Full-time, permanent   Hours:  Mon - Fri 14:00 - 22:00   Salary:  -28,000 plus bonus   About the role:   We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Account Coordinator to support our Account Managers and on-site teams in delivering a reliable and compliant service to clients. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day account administration, support temporary workforce processes, maintain accurate records in the ATS and other systems, and act as a key point of contact for workers and clients.   Key responsibilities:     Provide day-to-day administrative support for assigned accounts, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.    Support onboarding and offboarding processes: complete right-to-work checks, register new starters in the ATS, manage inductions and maintain personnel records.    Prepare and submit accurate payroll documentation and timesheet data within required deadlines, liaising with payroll and HR teams to resolve queries.
