Role OverviewThe Account Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting our client success teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of client accounts. This position is crucial for maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the overall growth and satisfaction of our portfolio. You will provide essential administrative and operational support, contributing directly to client deliverables and internal team efficiency. This is a demanding role for a highly capable individual, reflected in the competitive compensation package.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Account Managers and client teams.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and proposals, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
- Manage and maintain accurate client records and documentation within internal systems.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal departments, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, gathering necessary information and setting up accounts.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying potential issues and assisting with resolution.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives aimed at improving client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a client-facing environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Cloud Computing platforms and tools for collaboration, document management, and data storage.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Understanding of basic project management principles.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Cloud-based collaboration and productivity platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
