They specialise in industrial and logistics projects across the UK. Accounts Assistant roles and responsibilities Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queries with vendors. Assist with bank reconciliations and the allocation of incoming and outgoing payments. Support credit control activities, including chasing outstanding payments where required. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all accounting data is up to date. Assist with month-end procedures, including preparing journals and account reconciliations. Provide administrative support to the finance team and assist with ad hoc accounting duties.
