Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Accommodation Manager to work for a college in Oxford on a 12 month maternity cover Role: Accommodation ManagerSalary: 46,000 - 48,000 Per AnnumLocation: Oxford Key Responsibilities of the Accommodation Manager:Manage Student AccommodationRoom Bookings (Outside Core Students)Additional room bookings for SCR/Fellows, EMBAs/MMPM students, BandB, and groupsRoom Bookings (Outside Core Students)Lead and manage the Accommodation Team to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service for students, staff, and stakeholdersHandle accommodation-related complaints professionally and effectively, identifying root causes and implementing service improvementsManage bookings sensitively and strategically, ensuring appropriate prioritisation of key groups and individualsProduce and present regular occupancy and performance reports across all accommodation areas, using insights to drive continuous improvementEnsure full compliance with GDPR and all relevant legislation relating to both commercial bookings and student accommodationAct as a professional ambassador for the College, delivering tours and always promoting excellence in customer experienceEnsure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation and Approved Codes of Practice (ACOP)Maintain accurate records for applicants, students, and guests, in line with the Data Protection Act and College policiesCollaborate effectively with departments across the University and ..... full job details .....
