Accommodation Support Worker

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an Accommodation Support Worker to join a Housing Association based in Crewe on an ongoing temporary contract. This rewarding role focuses on delivering person-centred and trauma-informed support to individuals with multiple and complex needs, helping them build resilience, maintain independence, and successfully move on into permanent accommodation and community living. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored person-centred support to individuals within supported accommodation. Build positive, trusting relationships using a trauma-informed approach. Develop and maintain support plans, risk assessments and safety plans. Support service users to develop independent living skills including budgeting, tenancy management and accessing services. Deliver one-to-one sessions and structured group activities. Support individuals to move on into permanent housing and sustain tenancies. Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns, incidents and crisis situations. Essential Skills and Experience Experience working within supported accommodation or support services. Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding practices and procedures. Experience completing support plans, key working and risk assessments.
