This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week.- This role is supportig adults aged 18+ with complex needs to develop independence and move towards stable accommodation and positive futures.-You will work closely with housing providers, statutory services and voluntary agencies to help prevent tenancy breakdown and promote long-term independence. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored support plans based on individual needs and goals. Support service users to maintain accommodation and move into permanent housing. Assist with benefit applications, tenancy management, budgeting and independent living skills. Deliver drop-in sessions, one-to-one support and group activities. Advocate on behalf of service users to access services and entitlements. Work collaboratively with external agencies and housing providers.
