We will nurture talent and smart investment to drive superior performance and growth.The Role :As an Accommodation Supervisor, you are responsible for cleaning and checking guest rooms, bathroomsVacuum rooms and corridorsChange and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelinesLiaise with different departments and checking the systems for an update of room statusEnsure high standards of cleanliness are consistent throughout the hotelUndertake regular deep cleaning tasksRestock and maintain trolley on daily basisAssist in monitoring and controlling housekeeping procedures, including embedding lost and found proceduresReport and log any rooms which do not require serviceBe environmentally awareDispose of waste accordinglyManage guest requests in a timely and efficient mannerComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsLocated just outside the city centre, minutes from the M3 and M27 motorways, DoubleTree by Hilton Southampton offers easy access to plenty of activities.
