As an Accommodation Solutions Administrator, you will provide high quality housing advice and support, helping customers understand their housing options while ensuring accurate case management and excellent service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide housing advice, homelessness prevention support and housing needs assessments to customers.Support the allocation and sign-up of applicants into temporary accommodation.Deliver an excellent customer experience through telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.Maintain accurate case records, databases and supporting documentation.Work closely with landlords, tenants and partner agencies to support positive housing outcomes.Identify and report safeguarding concerns, suspected fraud and other issues in line with procedures.Contribute to continuous service improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and ..... full job details .....
