Accommodation Officer

A successful fresh produce business is looking for an Accommodation Officer to oversee the day-to-day running of on-site employee accommodation.This role is ideal for someone organised, practical and people-focused, who can help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming living environment for employees.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing accommodation facilities, supporting residents, and ensuring accommodation standards are maintained across the site. The role involves a mix of administration, welfare support, inspections and hands-on coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as a key contact for employees living on siteSupporting employee welfare and promoting a respectful living environmentCarrying out regular accommodation inspections and health and safety checksRecording and reporting maintenance issues or safety concernsPreparing accommodation units for new arrivals, including deep cleaning where requiredCompleting inductions and explaining accommodation guidelinesManaging arrivals, departures and room allocationsMaintaining communal areas and general site standardsKeeping occupancy and inspection records accurate and up to dateAbout YouStrong organisational and administrative skillsConfident using IT systems and maintaining accurate recordsAble to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectivelyGood attention to detail and awareness of compliance standardsStrong communication skills with the ability to work with a multilingual workforceComfortable handling ..... full job details .....
