This vibrant student accommodation is looking for a dynamic Accommodation Manager to lead the operations of the site.What You ll Be Doing:As the Accommodation Manager, you ll be the heartbeat of the building ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and with a smile. From managing bookings and rent collections to leading a dedicated on-site team, you ll create a welcoming home for students while driving performance and occupancy.Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Delivering top-tier customer service to students, parents, universities, and contractorsOverseeing tenancy agreements, legal checks, and rent collectionLeading a team across maintenance, housekeeping, and adminOrganising events and building a thriving student communityEnsuring health and safety standards are met and exceededConducting viewings and driving occupancy targetsKeeping accurate records and ensuring GDPR compliance What We re Looking For: A proactive self-starter with excellent organisational and interpersonal skillsExperience in customer service and team leadershipConfident handling welfare and disciplinary issues with professionalismTech-savvy with Office 365 and property management systemsFlexible, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves during peak periodsA community builder with event ..... full job details .....
