Accommodation Manager

Our client is seeking a proactive and hands-on Accommodation Manager to take ownership of a modern, fully occupied student accommodation scheme in West London. Working closely with residents, contractors, and a small on-site team, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the property, ensuring an excellent resident experience while maintaining high standards across customer service, compliance, occupancy, and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operation of a student accommodation scheme Lead and support a close-knit on-site team Deliver an excellent resident experience and respond to queries effectively Drive occupancy through property viewings and strong customer service Build relationships with residents, universities, contractors, and stakeholders Monitor occupancy, arrears, customer satisfaction, and compliance performance Coordinate maintenance works and ensure the property is safe, compliant, and well-presented Your Requirements: Experience within residential, PBSA, BTR, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused environment Experience leading teams and managing contractors Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with the ..... full job details .....
