Job Title: Accommodations ManagerLocation: WokingSalary: £36,000 pro rata (includes on-call responsibilities Monday-Friday)Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (between 8am and 6pm)About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accommodations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our Accommodation Services.This includes overseeing our 10-bed Direct Access Accommodation (DAA), three move-on properties, and a staff team delivering 24-hour support.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive high-quality service delivery, support your team''s development, and ensure positive outcomes for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the accommodation support team, including recruitment, supervision, appraisals, and trainingOversee daily operations of the Direct Access Accommodation, ensuring services are effective, professional, and client-focusedDevelop and implement strategic approaches to maximise service impact and resourcesManage staff rotas, workload allocation, and on-call responsibilitiesEnsure compliance with housing legislation, HMO standards, and property regulationsMonitor performance against KPIs and contribute to continuous service improvementOversee referrals and ensure appropriate client support processes are followedMaintain accurate records and data systems, producing quarterly reports for the CEOConduct regular property inspections and ensure accommodation standards are metLead on safeguarding, health and safety, incident ..... full job details .....
