The role requires flexibility, as you will be required to work a variety of shifts on a rota covering 5 days out of 7, including both weekdays and weekends. Working times fall between 7:30 am and 10:00 pm, and availability on our intake days of Mondays and Fridays is essential. Key Responsibilities Your main focus is to create the "wow factor" for our guests by maintaining impeccable standards across all resort accommodation. This involves a variety of essential tasks, from stripping and making up fresh beds to deep cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas. You will be responsible for hoovering, dusting furniture, and ensuring all fixtures and fittings are sparkling. This is a physically demanding role, you will be on your feet all day, frequently navigating stairs and moving cleaning equipment or linens.
