Accommodation and Cleaning Manager 36,000 Salary HPL are looking for an experienced, motivated Accommodation and Cleaning Manager to lead a housekeeping and cleaning operation at a holiday in Devon The Role You will lead a diverse team, ensuring all holiday homes, amenities and communal areas meet the parks high standards. This hands-on role includes staffing, training, performance management, stock control, Health and Safety compliance, and budgeting. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the Accommodation and Cleaning team Manage rotas, holidays, attendance and payroll Maintain the park 5-star cleanliness and presentation standards Oversee stock control, purchasing, laundry processes and inventories Ensure compliance with COSHH, fire safety and HandS procedures Coordinate accommodation changeovers using RMS and maintain accurate records Monitor guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally Work collaboratively with Reception, HR, Operations and other departments Manage departmental budgets, promoting efficient and responsible spending ..... full job details .....
