You''ll work alongside probation teams, local authorities, housing providers, landlords and community organisations to identify solutions and help individuals take important steps towards long-term stability and independence. We''re looking for motivated and proactive individuals who enjoy working with people and making a positive difference. Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a caseload and maintain accurate records. Experience in housing, homelessness, criminal justice, welfare-to-work, community support or other people-focused environments would be beneficial.
