Accessibility Operations Manager

Salt is excited to collaborate with one of the worlds largest Travel Corporations as they seek to hire a new Accessibility Operations Manager to support their team on an ASAP starting, minimum 6 month contract opportunity.In this role, you''ll oversee and coordinate a multi-team operational workstream to ensure they hit an ambitious, leadership-backed supply target.This is not a strategy-only role - it''s highly operational, execution-driven, and cross-functional.You''ll work across engagement, analytics, photography, legal, and international operations teams to manage a high-volume engagement funnel and drive measurable impact.Key Role Details:Own and coordinate a large-scale accessibility supply initiativeManage outreach campaigns to thousands of existing customersOversee a multi-stage operational funnelMonitor dashboards and engagement data to drive smart operational pivotsIdentify drop-off points and recommend improvementsPresent progress updates and insights to leadershipSupport accessibility-focused engagement events (virtual and occasional in-person)Contribute ideas to help scale accessibility efforts beyond the projectKey Skills needed:You''re someone who:Has 3-7+ years of experience in operations, program management, operations, or similarIs extremely organised and comfortable managing multiple moving partsCan independently drive execution across cross-functional teamsIs confident working with data to inform decisionsIs comfortable presenting updates to ..... full job details .....
