Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of accounting and advisory clients across a wide range of industries.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and primary point of contact. Review and oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements, management accounts and consolidated financial statements.Ensure compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, the Companies Act 2006 and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Provide technical accounting advice and commercially focused solutions to clients. Manage client engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlines. Supervise, mentor and develop junior members of the Accounting and Advisory team, promoting technical excellence and professional development. Work closely with the Partners to identify opportunities to expand client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
