Are you confident supporting young people who have experienced permanent exclusion or are at risk of exclusion? TeacherActive is looking for resilient, patient and engaging 1:1 Tutors to work with young people across Leicester City who require education outside of a mainstream school setting. The pupils we support may have Social, Emotional and Mental Health / SEMH needs , display challenging behaviour , have experienced permanent exclusion , or have struggled to engage successfully within a traditional classroom environment. As a 1:1 SEMH Tutor , your role will be about much more than delivering academic work.
