TeacherActive is looking for a calm, resilient and compassionate tutor to provide 1:1 tuition within a learner’s home . The successful tutor will need experience supporting young people with complex emotional and mental health needs, including pupils who may present with heightened vulnerability, emotional distress and behaviours that require careful safeguarding and risk awareness . This role is about more than academic progress. Building trust, providing consistency and creating a safe learning environment will be central to helping the young person re-engage with education.
