You''ll oversee complex and cyclical activity, provide guidance to colleagues and help ensure academic processes are delivered consistently, accurately and in line with institutional requirements.This role contributes to the University''s readiness for audit, review and quality assurance activity, while supporting the continuous improvement of services, systems and ways of working.What You''ll Do:Manage key academic operations within assigned areas, ensuring regulations, policies and procedures are applied consistently.Oversee designated workstreams, ensuring activity is completed to agreed standards, deadlines and service ..... full job details .....
