We are recruiting high-calibre  Academic Mentors and Intervention Tutors  across  English, Maths, and Science  to support secondary schools across Lancashire. In this structured, pupil-facing role, you will deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group booster sessions designed to close attainment gaps, rebuild subject confidence, and prepare Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) students for exam success.  Working closely with Heads of Department, you will identify specific learning gaps, design engaging micro-lessons, and accelerate pupil progress. This position is ideal for experienced tutors seeking consistent school-based hours or ambitious graduates preparing for teacher training (PGCE / School Direct).
