Support will be provided for learners studying on courses from entry provision up to level 3 including A level and T levels.  As a key member of the Student Support and Engagement Team you will provide a high quality, proactive learning support service for students who have special educational needs and disabilities. You will support in working towards their chosen programme of study and long-term employment aspirations, prioritising developing positive behaviours, good attendance habits, and strong attitudes to learning—essential foundations for success in education and beyond.  You will work with the curriculum team to ensure that all learners receiving support have the opportunities to achieve and exceed their potential, develop independence skills and have equal opportunities to progress into further study, employment and/or positive community engagement.
